The United States Post Office has competitors, very good competitors such as Fedex and UPS. After trying to get a package delivered how I want it, I am not sure they are aware of this. They work tiny hours more fitting of a primary school; their phone system is entirely automated and completely useless in terms of usability and customer usefulness; and their website is inadequate for doing anything from the customer point of view. I have not solved the issue I wanted. I will be avoiding them entirely in future.

It was only by error this package ended up in USPS's system. I will be more careful when ordering from merchants as to who they send it through.

Weird, I actually prefer the post office to Fedex, and think they do just as well as UPS. Cheap too.
