Thanks: That diary has probably been four years in the making and has got to the point of focus it is currently in (though pretty obviously weak in parts) due to the discussions I have had on k5, HuSi and here. Probably everyone I have discussed this with can see some of their language or ideas appropriated into the diary above.
Next task will be to write a complete constitution based on ratification principles. That will probably be a tad more difficult. But it is an ongoing process, which will probably never be finalised.
In Australia once you become an academic, an op-ed writer or deadtree book publisher you get to be an expert on everything. I have been tossing up the idea in my head about editing the writings on here into a book that is like a symposium, the quality of writing here is strong enough to do it, and it probably just needs to be put into deadtree form, as opposed to internet style (ie heading, three paragraphs unless broken by a quote) which we publish here.

now has book publishing abilities, so a minority interest book can be put into abundant manufacture without much in the way of capital costs to the creators of the work.
