West Virginia Libertarians are among those protesting changes to the state\'s mandatory vaccination law, which would eliminate parental choice in whether or not children are vaccinated against chickenpox, measles and other diseases.
West Virginia and Mississippi are the only two states that do not allow parents to exempt their children from mandatory vaccinations for religious or philosophical reasons, said Helen Tucker, chair of the Libertarian Party of West Virginia.
