There is a simple word to describe the coerced state removal of children from their parents based on the skin colour of the child. That word is tyranny.
wmmbb : "Racism" is another.
The attempt to make racism invisible in Australian history is amazing to me given that it was always so boldly transparent and upfront in practice.
cam : Tyranny is the root cause. If you allow tyranny then you enable all manner of negative 'isms'.
avocadia : The racist man thinks half-caste children should be 'assimilated'. The tyrannical man actually does it.
